Payment Policy
Non-refundable $50 deposit* per unit is required at time of reservation. Remaining balance of rental fee/s shall be due, in full, at time of unit delivery/installation, or before.
All prices that are listed under each unit is the day PRICE!
Weekend rentals: Drop off on Friday, Pick-Up on Sunday is $50.00 additional

Weather Policy
High winds, precipitation, thunderstorms, and cold temperatures pose hazards for the safe operation of our inflatables. Our policies below outline treatment of rentals encountering such unfavorable weather conditions. Note that these policies are specific to inclement weather conditions only and in no way apply to normal weather conditions.
Delivery and Usage
1. In the event of heavy rain, Vasquez Inflatables will not deliver or install the units at event location.
2. In the event of light rain with forecast for clearing skies, unit/s will be delivered and installed as requested. Units are NOT designed for use in any form of precipitation.
3. Vasquez Inflatables further requires that precipitation must have stopped, and units be dried (wiped down) before resuming operation.
4. In the event of wind conditions exceeding 15 MPH, Vasquez Inflatables units may be installed but not inflated for use until the wind condition improves to less than 15 MPH. If/when wind conditions rise more than 15MPH, units must be evacuated, blowers disabled, and units deflated until the wind conditions improve to within acceptable limits.

Vasquez Inflatables takes pride in providing our customers with the safest and most reliable inflatable equipment and rental provisions available. We consider it our duty not only to provide the most affordable, exciting, and enjoyable environment possible, but also the safest. Every customer receives first quality, inspected, clean, and fully operational equipment, as well as comprehensive instruction in compliance with the most current and reliable safety procedures.
The foundation of our business is built upon the following creed:
“…No event will ever be so important, no deadline so urgent, that we shall not take the time to provide every measure for the safety of our customers, community, and children…”

Customer Responsibilities:
· Power – Each Unit requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit within 100ft (50ft preferred) of installation area for blower/s.
· Suitable installation area – Provide clean and level area suitable in size and clearance for the setup and operation of unit. Area must be free of all debris, fencing, and sharp objects. Grass or paved areas are preferred.
· Area access – Provide ready access to unit installation area. Units range from 200-800lbs. Steep inclines, stairs, narrow passages impede our ability to install equipment efficiently and safely.
· Adult unit supervision – An adult 18yrs or older must be present during unit operation to maintain and enforce safety practices.
General Rules:
1. Adult supervision is required during use of all units.
2. Customer acknowledges that use of amusement equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities. He/she further acknowledges understanding that risk of serious injury from participating in inflatable activities, although minimal, does exist, as so in all play and amusement activities. Risks include, but are not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, distress, paralysis and even death.
3. Customer agrees to notify all participants, and participants’ parents or guardians of
‘Use at Own Risk” policy.
4. As lessee of units, the customer assumes sole responsibility for the safety of all participants.
5. The customer acknowledges that Vasquez Inflatables is not responsible for supervision of participants while units are in use.
6. Weight and participant capacity for units are visibly listed on each unit and shall be strictly followed. Overloading units can lead to bumps, bruises, and other unnecessary participant injuries ranging from minor to serious,
7. For general safety purposes, Vasquez Inflatables recommends inflatable unit participants be 3 years of age or older, and wet/dry slide 6 years of age or older.
8. All participants must remove shoes, jewelry, keys, eyeglasses, and any other loose or sharp objects before entering unit/s. No additional toys such as balls, water balloons, confetti, shall NOT be brought into units.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO food, drinks, gum, “silly string”, confetti or smoking is allowed in or near the units. Upon breakdown inspection, units found containing banned items or debris shall be subject to cleaning fee of $150.00!!
10. To avoid neck, back and other bodily injuries – no wrestling, flips, and/or rough housing shall be permitted in, on, or from units.
11. Participants shall not (1) leap from foreign platforms onto unit sliding/bouncing areas, (2) climb netting or any part of unit not designated for play, (3) bounce against uprights, sides, or near doorway of units.
12. Persons suffering from previous head, back, neck, muscular-skeletal injuries/disabilities/conditions; pregnant; or deemed susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing shall be considered non-eligible to participate in unit interaction at any time. Participants shall be advised to NOT allow older children to jump with younger children.
13. In the event of power loss to blowers, unintended deflation of unit during operation, or any other cause to cease unit operation, designated adult supervisor shall immediately assist participants with safe evacuation from units.
14. Units MUST be always secured to firm ground to prevent unit “tipping” and subsequent injury. At no time shall units be removed from installed location. Our staff member will anchor units properly upon installation. Please leave stakes or sandbags in place.
15. Units shall not be used in inclement weather. Such weather conditions include sustained winds/gusts exceeding 15mph, thunderstorms, lightning, or precipitation of any form (rain, hail, snow, sleet, etc.). In the event such unforeseen weather conditions arise, units shall be safely evacuated, and the blowers disabled.
16. Participants shall be kept away from blower/s during operation of units.
17. Do not move unit once it’s set up. If for any reason it needs to be moved, please call us no matter what Day or Time it is. If the unit is moved after setting up and damages has been done to the unit you will be fully responsible to pay for the unit’s repairs. If unit is not able to be repaired, you are responsible to pay the minimum amount of $3,500.00 to be replaced.
